Security Manager

Job Scope:

  • Plan, develop, implement, monitor and enforce Company-wide strategies relating to the policing, security, and fire & rescue of the port for the purpose of ensuring strict compliance with regulatory policy and procedures.

  • Ensure and enforce Port by Laws within the FTZ area by implementing effective total security measures to secure the people, property and goods.

  • Serve as Company advisor on all matters relating to policing, security particularly to Top Management for the purpose of ensuring that all such matters are handled using the proper procedures and in the most cost-effective manner.

  • Establish and maintain close relations with the relevant Government authorities such as Police, Customs, Immigration, in order to secure maximum support in the long-term maintenance of the company’s security.

  • Develop and train all security staff with the objective of ensuring adequate skills and competencies to carry out the day-to-day activities.

  • RM8,000 - RM15,000.
