Company:
Head, Public Relations
and Media
(RM10,000 to
RM15,000 per month)
To lead the PR & Media role in the
Corporate Communication Division, to develop and implement effective
communications strategies that engages and influences stakeholders,
and enhances corporate reputation through various public relations
and media engagement platforms.
Develop, implement and assess strategic
corporate communications plans that provides direction for
promotional materials, marketing strategies and events to promote
the company locally and internationally;
Design and monitor effective communication
networks internally involving staff and externally involving the
media, stakeholders and businesses, so as to profile the Managing
Director and the Company.
Coordinate media relations opportunities
including news releases, photo opportunities, news conferences,
activities and event, etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in either Mass Communication,
Journalism, Public Relations or related discipline.
5 to 10 years working experience in public
relations and handling various corporate communications projects.
High proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa
Malaysia and English.
Excellent network and rapport with the media.
Manager, Legal and Compliance (2 Positions)
(RM8,000 to RM14,000 per month)
Drafting and reviewing agreements, highlighting any legal issues and
risks;
Managing disputes and claims including liaising with and supervising
external legal advisors;
Manage the Company’s compliance programme relating to internal and
external compliances;
Provides advice and guidance on any legal issues to various
departments and divisions.
Job Requirements
Degree in Law.
Must have been called to the Bar and had practiced as advocates and
solicitors;
High proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English;
At least 5 years post qualification experience in corporate
commercial, conveyancing and corporate finance;
Knowledge of litigation matters and compliance matters would be an
added advantage;
Excellent analytical and drafting skills;
